The authentication plugins operate when users login to your site or administrator. The Joomla! authentication is in operation by default but you can enable Gmail or LDAP or install a plugin for a different system. An example is included that may be used to create a new authentication plugin.

The contact component provides a way to provide contact forms and information for your site or to create a complex directory that can be used for many different purposes. Help
The school has Parents association members( PTA) which is formed annually.
It includes the following members;Chairman,Treasurer,Secretary class representatives.
Each member of the PTA has a role in the school.such as:

Pupils meals
Pupils motivation
The content component (com_content) is what you use to write articles. It is extremely flexible and has the largest number of built in views. Articles can be created an edited from the front end, making content the easiest component to use to create your site content. Help

Components
Components are larger extensions that produce the major content for your site. Each component has one or more "views" that control how content is displayed.In the Joomla! administrator there are additional extensions suce as Menus, Redirection, and the extension managers. -
Modules
Modules are small blocks of content that can be displayed in positions on a web page. The menus on this site are displayed in modules. The core of Joomla! includes 17 separate modules ranging from login to search to random images. Each module has a name that starts mod_ but when it displays it has a title. In the descriptions in this section, the titles are the same as the names. -
Templates
Templates give your site its look and feel. They determine layout, colors, type faces, graphics and other aspects of design that make your site unique. Your installation of Joomla comes prepackaged with four templates. Help -
Plugins
Plugins are small task oriented extensions that enhance the Joomla! framework. Some are associated with particular extensions and others, such as editors, are used across all of Joomla!. Most beginning users do not need to change any of the plugins that install with Joomla!. Help

1. Class Parents Meeting, Election of Class Representative (1st week to last week of the 1st term before Midterm From 1.30 pm to 3.30pm)
2. Biding Farewell to Outgoing PTA Members and Welcoming New PTA Members. 1st Friday After Midterm of 1st Term (From 1:30 Pm to 3:30 Pm)
3. St. Bridget’s Day and Prize Giving Day. All Parents, Teachers, Pupils and Invited Guests. Friday of the Last Week of July (From 8:00 Am to 2:00 Pm)
4. Sports Day. All Teachers and Pupils. 3rd Friday After Midterm of 3rd Term (From 8:00 Am to 3:00 Pm)
5. PTA Members Meeting. Twice Per Term, Opening Week and Closing Week of each Term. (From 1:30 Pm to 3:30 Pm)
6. Class 8 prayer day and Pre-Unit graduation. Last week of October or 1st week of November.
